Facts checked on 3 Nov 2026 against HeyMilo's own pages and documentation (see Sources). We found no price for HeyMilo's screening and interview platform on them, and we have not used third-party estimates.
TLDR
- Tracy AI Interviewer interviews everyone who applies, at any hour and with no scheduling. It can read the CV and ask tailored questions, follows up on each answer, gives a reviewer integrity signals with their evidence, and connects through an API and MCP. Its price is published in the pricing section below.
- HeyMilo does not publish a price for its screening and interview platform. Its pricing page leads to a demo form, and its documentation says plan options and prices appear only after billing is set up for your workspace.
- What is public is the shape of the bill (a subscription plan plus credits for interviews, resume screens and SMS) and the prices of a separate product, HeyMilo Red: Free $0, Growth $59 a month.
If you searched for HeyMilo pricing, the short answer is that its interview platform has no number to find, while its separate proctoring product has one. This page sets out what HeyMilo does say about how it charges, how to get a quote that you can compare, and how Tracy AI Interviewer prices the same job.
What does HeyMilo cost?
HeyMilo does not state a plan price or a per-interview rate for its screening and interview platform on the pages we checked. Its pricing address redirects to a book-a-demo form. The form asks for your team size, your ATS, hires per month and applicants per month, and says the team will reach out within 24 hours.
The documentation gives the structure. Billing is a subscription plan plus credits, and the docs say "Credits pay for interviews, resume screens, and SMS." Plan options and pricing appear on the billing page once billing is set up for your workspace. The docs also say a new workspace needs an onboarding key sent by the HeyMilo team, and we found no free trial stated for the platform. A plan name appears only as an example in the billing docs ("Professional").
HeyMilo Red is the exception, and it is a separate product. Red scans recorded interviews for integrity findings, including ones HeyMilo did not run, and charges by the minute analysed. On red.heymilo.ai/pricing the Free plan is $0 (about 300 minutes of video analysis a month, card required to start) and Growth is $59 a month (about 3,000 minutes, then $0.04 per minute). HeyMilo's launch post for Red also lists a 14-day free trial and custom Enterprise rates. Those figures price integrity scans, not an interview, so they cannot stand in for a quote for the platform.
A review site may show a price in your own search. We did not use one, because we could not tie any figure to HeyMilo's own pages.
What is public, and what is not?
| Pricing item | What HeyMilo publishes |
|---|---|
| Platform plan names and prices | None published; pricing page leads to a demo form (the billing docs name "Professional" only as an example) |
| Billing model | Subscription plan plus credits |
| What credits pay for | Interviews, resume screens and SMS |
| Price per interview or per credit | Not published |
| Free trial | Not stated for the platform |
| Seats | Not stated |
| Enterprise pricing | Through your HeyMilo account manager; no public figure |
| Enterprise services | A dedicated customer success manager and forward deployed engineer; price not public |
| HeyMilo Red (separate proctoring product) | Free $0; Growth $59 a month, then $0.04 per minute; Enterprise custom; 14-day free trial named in its launch post |
What affects what you pay?
From the structure above, a quote will depend on three things you control. The first is volume: how many applicants you interview in a month. The second is the mix of steps, because resume screens and SMS draw on the same credits as interviews. The third is the support you buy, since enterprise services are listed as a separate feature and may be priced separately, so ask.
HeyMilo's own wording suggests who the price is aimed at. Its funding announcement names staffing, BPO and high-volume corporate hiring as the places it is in production, and the demo form asks how many applicants you see each month. Teams in that position are buying a funnel.
How do you get a quote you can compare?
A quote is only useful if it answers the questions that decide your real cost. Bring these to the demo:
- What does one interview cost at our usual length, in credits and in dollars?
- What is the subscription minimum, and what does it include?
- What does a resume screen or an SMS cost against the same credits?
- What happens past the credit allowance: overage, top-up or a plan change?
- Is there a contract term, and can we start with a pilot?
- Are enterprise services, ATS integration work and training priced separately?
- Is a session that ends with no answers charged?
Ask for the answers in writing, with the date, because the amounts are not on a public page that could be checked later. Our guide to AI interview cost per candidate shows how to turn a quote into a cost per candidate so two vendors can sit in one table.
How does Tracy price the same job?
Before the rate, here is what a credit buys. Each applicant is interviewed on video when they click the link, at any hour, so a rise in applications needs no extra scheduling. With CV check on, Tracy adds 3 to 5 questions from each CV and the role's must-haves, and each follow-up depends on the answer before it. The result carries the recording, a transcript timed to it, a written assessment for each question with its reasoning, and integrity signals with their evidence. Interviews start from an invitation link, an apply page or a customer's own system through the API, and the MCP server lets teams run Tracy from Claude or ChatGPT.
Tracy AI Interviewer prices per result and publishes the rate. A result costs one credit for every started 20 minutes of the session, and a credit is $7. Credits never expire. The first 3 results are free and no card is needed to start. There are no seats.
| Session length | Credits | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 20 minutes | 1 | $7 |
| 21 to 40 minutes | 2 | $14 |
| 41 to 60 minutes | 3 | $21 |
A session with no answers is never charged.
Here is the arithmetic for 100 interviews of up to 20 minutes. The first 3 are free, so you pay for 97 credits at $7, which is $679. If every session ran 21 to 40 minutes, each paid result costs two credits: 194 credits, or $1,358. We cannot run this sum for HeyMilo because it has no published rate, and the two products are not priced on the same unit. HeyMilo's credits cover several kinds of step, while a Tracy credit covers spoken interview time.
Is HeyMilo worth it, and for whom?
HeyMilo is worth a demo if you screen hourly, staffing or other high-volume roles and want resume scoring, SMS, forms, phone and video in one flow, written back to an ATS. It lists 20+ ATS partners, a managed enterprise rollout and an integrity layer that includes a trust score, and a quote that covers all of that may be good value for a team with thousands of applicants. Our Tracy vs HeyMilo comparison sets out where it is stronger. If you also want to see how other vendors answer the pricing question, our Ribbon pricing page covers what another AI interviewer publishes.
Tracy suits teams that want every applicant interviewed in depth, whether that is hundreds of applicants for one role or a dozen specialists. Questions follow the CV and the answers, reviewers get a recording, transcript and integrity signals to check, and enterprise teams can ask for a customised setup. It is also easy to test, because the first 3 results cost nothing and you do not need a call. If neither fits, the HeyMilo alternatives page covers other options, and our best AI interview software list ranks the field.
