How much does Ribbon cost?
Ribbon publishes three annual plans and one custom plan.
| Plan | Monthly price, billed annually | Seats | Active roles | Interviews per month | Overage |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | $499 | 2 | 2 | 100 | $4.00 |
| Business | $999 | 5 | 5 | 400 | $3.00 |
| Scale | $1,999 | 10 | 10 | 1,000 | $2.50 |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom | Unlimited | Custom or waived |
Ribbon also shows a monthly billing toggle with an annual saving, but the prices above are the annual-billing figures shown on the page. Confirm the monthly quote before using it in a budget.

What is included in each Ribbon plan?
All three published plans list voice and video interviews, 10 or more languages, AI sourcing, talent rediscovery, SMS and email outreach, WhatsApp outreach, white-label branding, ATS integrations, analytics, API access and SSO. The limits and support level change by plan.
Growth has two seats and two active roles. Business increases both to five and lists priority self-serve support. Scale has ten seats, ten active roles, ATS mapping and implementation support. Enterprise adds custom limits, voices, accents, mapping, invoicing and an SLA.
That scope matters when comparing Ribbon with an interview-only product. The fee covers sourcing and outreach capabilities as well as interviews. Read Tracy vs Ribbon for the workflow comparison or Ribbon alternatives for other product shapes.
What does Ribbon cost at different volumes?
The cheapest published plan that fits the stated volume gives this monthly cost:
| Interviews in a month | Cheapest published fit | Monthly cost | Effective subscription cost per interview |
|---|---|---|---|
| 100 | Growth | $499 | $4.99 |
| 500 | Business plus 100 overage | $1,299 | $2.60 |
| 1,000 | Scale | $1,999 | $2.00 |
For 500 interviews, Business includes 400 and adds 100 at $3 each. Growth would cost $2,099 after 400 overage interviews, so Business is the cheaper published route. At 1,000 interviews, Scale costs less than Business plus 600 overages, which would total $2,799.
Annual billing creates a second number to check: utilization. A team buying Scale for 1,000 interviews but completing 500 still pays $1,999 that month. Its effective subscription cost becomes about $4 per completed interview. A team with seasonal hiring should model a quiet month and a peak month before signing.

Which costs sit outside the subscription?
Ribbon's pricing page is unusually detailed, but a buyer still needs a written quote for the exact workflow. Ask about:
- implementation work and data migration;
- ATS field mapping beyond the listed package;
- extra seats or active roles;
- interview volume that carries forward, if any;
- data retention and storage terms;
- support response times;
- the cost of changing plans during a seasonal peak.
The Ribbon ROI calculator estimates recruiter time saved and lets a buyer enter platform and one-time costs. It labels the result as an estimate rather than a cash-savings forecast. Use your own review minutes, salary and completion data.
How does Tracy pricing compare?
Tracy AI Interviewer uses credits rather than a monthly package:
| Completed result length | Credits | Published price |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 20 minutes | 1 | $7 |
| 21 to 40 minutes | 2 | $14 |
| 41 to 60 minutes | 3 | $21 |
The first three results are free. Credits do not expire, and a session with no answers is not charged. Tracy does not bundle sourcing, outreach, seats or active roles into the published price.
At 100 results of 20 minutes or less, Tracy costs $700 at list price. Ribbon Growth costs $499 and includes the surrounding recruiting platform. Ribbon has the lower published interview-only arithmetic at that volume; Tracy avoids an annual subscription and charges only for results. The better model depends on whether you need Ribbon's wider workflow and whether your demand is steady.
For teams still comparing formats, one-way and two-way interviews can change the review-time calculation more than the subscription price.
